Steps to download and install games in SD card for Retrogaming Console | Nomad™
1. Check the necessary equipment
- An SD card (check the capacity recommended by the console manufacturer) supplied with the Console

- A USB SD card reader to plug into the computer.
- A microSD to SD adapter if you are using a microSD.
- A computer with an Internet connection.
2. Download game files
- Go to a legal website that offers games compatible with your console. Always check the licenses before downloading.
- Download games in the recommended format (often .zip, .7z or directly the ROM file, like .nes, .sfc, .gba, etc.).
- Unzip the files if necessary (with software like WinRAR or 7-Zip).
3. Prepare the SD card
- Insert the SD card into the computer (directly or with an adapter).
- Format the SD card to the correct format (usually FAT32 or exFAT depending on the console requirements).
- On Windows: Right-click the SD card in File Explorer > Format > Select FAT32 .
- On Mac: Go to Disk Utility , select the SD card and format it in MS-DOS (FAT) .
4. Transfer games to SD card
- Once the SD card is inserted into the computer, open the folder containing the downloaded games.
- Copy the game files or folders and paste them into the folder provided on the SD card (often a folder named Games , Roms , or other depending on your console).
- Safely eject the SD card after transferring to avoid file corruption:
- On Windows: Right-click the SD card icon > Eject .

5. Insert the SD card into the console
